How to cancelCancellations and changes are accepted via the contact form or by email. Quotations are valid for 7 days from issue.
Cancellation fees
Cancellation feesFees apply according to days before the rental date (all tax included).

- Fees are based on instrument charges. Once transport is arranged, its actual cost may also be charged.
- Rare instruments such as the celesta, and specially sourced items, may carry separate cancellation terms.
Changes & postponement
Changes & postponementChanges to dates, instruments or quantities are accommodated as flexibly as arrangements allow — please contact us early. No cancellation fee applies to reductions in instruments or quantities.
An order is concluded upon booking confirmation. The fees in Section 2 apply to cancellations for reasons on the organiser's side, including weather and whether the event takes place. Exceptional circumstances will be discussed individually.
